Restorative Justice
Envision Community Services (Envision) is committed to empowering underserved communities through accountability mentorship, working to ensure south side communities serve as a safe living and working environment for individuals to thrive. Here are a few of our initiatives to empower the community through Restorative Justice.
S.O.S 2.0 - Save our Streets 2.0
The SOS 2.0 program, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), supports the communities of McKinley Park, Gage Park, West Lawn, Chicago Lawn, and Pilsen. The program provides structured mentorship, educational guidance, employment support, and access to essential social services for participants.
All services are delivered in our offices, where staff meet with participants by appointment, scheduled programming, or walk-ins. Program activities include case management, intervention planning, prevention education, mediation support, advocacy services, and referrals to mental health providers and other community resources.
